1. The service

These terms govern your use of the VIINO TECH website and the MacroGuide AI application, provided by VIINO TECH, an independent Swedish technology brand operated by Michael Löfqvist, Annelundsgatan 18 H, 941 36 Piteå, Sweden. By using the website or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service lawfully to learn about our work, contact us and track your own nutrition and exercise. You must not misuse the contact form, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your stored tracking data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. No medical advice

MacroGuide AI provides estimated nutritional and exercise information generated by AI. Estimates may be inaccurate. The service is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Always consult a professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition.

5. Products in development

VIINO FIT is a temporary working name. Screens shown are design concepts, not a promise of availability or final features. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The VIINO TECH name, logo, design and content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You retain rights to the content you submit; you grant us the right to process it to provide the service.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or decisions made based on AI-generated estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law and contact
